Retail Food Consulting are retail consultants, working with both the Property Industry and direct with Retailers. Our mission is to optimise Retailer and Asset performance. When working directly with your Retailers, we evaluate their performance then carefully craft a customised roadmap to drive sales and maximize revenue. We specialise in low cost and no cost strategies to ensure not only a greater level of compliance but also strong sales uplift. We ensure there is a strong trade area “fit” for their current offering or work together with the retailer to modify their concept to ensure demographic fit. Our goal is to elevate your Retailers to best in class, destination retail! Although we made our name in Food, we now also assist all non food Retailers as well!

    Fom Asset Planning to Retailer Performance, every stage of the retail cycle of an asset is monitored to optimise asset and retailer performance. RFC works in partnership with Asset Managers, Leasing, Tenancy Design and Centre Management to ensure each asset has a roadmap to achieving a sustainable level of benchmark retail food in centres, maximising ROI for Landlords and Retail Performance for both Operators and Customers alike.

  • Asset F&B Strategy

    A clear strategy outlining the steps required to achieve best in class retail food at a sustainable level. Created to maximise customer experience, Retailer performance and Landlord ROI.

  • Operator Assessment

    In depth critical assessment to determine potential new Retailer’s business acumen and ability to execute the identified food concept. Identifies red flags or areas of concern before lease agreements are signed enabling additional clauses to be added to the lease agreement.

  • Concept Development

    Ensures any retail food concept is a strong demographic fit for the trade area. The concept is assessed across key areas of operation with a critical review identifying changes required to the concept for greater long term sustainability and increased revenue.
